 Journal
of Chemical Research appears monthly and has a broad, international authorship.
It publishes research papers and review articles in all branches of experimental
chemistry, with some specialty in organic synthetic methods. Some recent review
topics include the hydroboration of steroids, benzodiazepine synthesis, ionic
liquids, and recent advances in the chemistry of organotin hydrides.
Each paper is independently peer reviewed and only carefully evaluated
contributions are accepted.
Journal of Chemical Research was established in 1977 as a joint venture by the
Royal Society of Chemistry and the French and German Chemical Societies. It was
acquired by Science Reviews 2000 Ltd. in 1999.
